Tom McGlynn

A linguist, musician and teacher by trade, Tom completed his permaculture design certification at the Sirius Community under Kay Cafasso, (featuring Eric Toensmeier, Mark Krawczyk and other lauded permaculturists). As someone who grew up hating gardening, Tom's goal is to inspire and train others, no matter what their background, to live ecologically. If he can learn to love it, anyone can!

Austin Ludwig

With a background stemming from his M.Arch degree, Austin's work has evolved surrounding the constructed environment's sustainability. His passion for health and fitness has driven much research into diet and exercise which he brings to his architectural work, aiming to create environments designed for life.


Martin Puga

Martin is an arborist, having worked both in conventional landscaping and permaculture design. His specialties include high-level pruning, full-tree removals, hazard assessment, tree health and structure-integrity evaluation, structural pruning and care, etc. with advanced climbing, rigging, and bucket-truck skills.

He is  also a freelance Spanish-English medical/community interpreter through Nationalities Service Center, having received and completed training through Bridge the Gap (Medical Interpreting Course).
