Tree Pruning and Sustainable Site Clearing

When: Saturday, April 18th 2015, 10am to Noon

Where: Zachary's BBQ (1709 Markley St, Norristown, PA 19401)

This workshop covers general tree maintenance and pruning techniques for tree health and human use. Our professional arborists will discuss the right tools for the right job and coach you as you try them out on-site. (This hands-on segment will be split into working group based on experience with pruning.)

We'll discuss more cost effective and environmentally friendly alternatives to throwing debris through the chipper and you will leave this workshop with the knowledge and ability to turn dead or damaged limbs into a garden.
During lunch and afterwards, we will answer any tree-related questions and provide recommendations for best in class books and educational resources.
